Our Know Your Beef workshop is a unique educational dining experience for meat-loving diners eager to satiate both cravings and curiosity.
Enjoy an exclusive dining experience with Executive Chef Victor Loy, who will share insights into the world of unusual premium steak cuts. Learn about the sourcing of our various beef cuts, the farms we work with and the differences in flavours and textures. You will then get to taste various cuts of beef, sliced and seared a la minute, table-side.
Thereafter, feast on a curated menu of our signature dishes — inspired by classic steakhouses, elevated by an exuberant sense of place.
This workshop is open to groups of 6 to 10 guests and is priced from SGD188++ per guest, which includes a welcome drink and dinner.
