Father’s Day deserves a proper feast. From 15–21 June, Meadesmoore presents the Wagyu Steak Royale ($188++) — Pardoo Wagyu tri-tip MS 8/9 served with butter-poached lobster tail, roasted bone marrow and foie gras, brought together with bordelaise and salsa verde.
